Condenser tube cleaning balls are precision-manufactured elastic balls designed to circulate continuously through condenser tubes, wiping the inner tube wall clean on every pass. By maintaining a clean tube surface at all times, they prevent scale and biofilm from forming, keeping heat transfer rates at peak efficiency without any system shutdown.
These balls are compatible with all major continuous online tube cleaning systems, including TAPROGGE, Beaudrey, and equivalent circulation systems used in power plants, HVAC chillers, and industrial cooling water circuits.
Each ball is sized 1–2mm larger than the condenser tube inner diameter. Water pressure forces the ball through the tube, where it scrubs the wall surface as it passes. A ball collector and recirculation pump return the balls to the inlet, creating an uninterrupted cleaning cycle 24 hours a day.
