Description

The TP130 is a premium double-layer full-coated abrasive cleaning ball, specially designed for stainless steel and titanium condenser tubes operating with low-salinity water and special water conditions.

It features a double-layer composite construction, consisting of a resilient sponge core fully encapsulated by a high-performance abrasive outer layer. Compared with conventional abrasive cleaning balls, the TP130 offers superior durability, excellent cleaning efficiency, and virtually no abrasive particle shedding, making it an ideal replacement for premium imported products.

Working Principle

The TP130 performs cleaning in two stages:

1. Initial Cleaning Stage
   The fully coated abrasive surface aggressively removes hard scale, lime deposits, and stubborn fouling to restore tube cleanliness rapidly.
2. Maintenance Cleaning Stage
   As the abrasive coating naturally wears during operation, the ball continues working as a standard polishing cleaning ball, maintaining clean tube surfaces while extending overall service life.
