P150, PL150 Standard sponge cleaning balls with an external polishing agent coating are specially designed for stainless steel and titanium tubes operating in low-salinity water environments.
The added polishing agent enhances surface cleaning performance while maintaining tube protection during continuous operation.
Application
Suitable for cleaning:
- Stainless steel tubes in low-salinity water systems
- Titanium tubes in low-salinity water systems
- Heat exchangers in power plants and industrial cooling systems
Cleaning Frequency
Recommended cleaning frequency:
12 cleaning balls passing through each tube per hour.

- Suitable for removing soft deposits, slime, and fouling from stainless steel and titanium tubes.
- PL150 type is not recommended for already clean stainless steel or titanium tubes.
